LAUNCH ACADEMY DEMO DAY!

Here ye! Here ye! Launch Academy‘s 2nd Demo Day is almost here!

Demo Day is a single day event to be held on November 20th, 2012, where tech start-ups from all over B.C. present to Vancouver’s top investors. So if you are looking to invest in tech companies, looking to join a start-up, curious about the tech scene in Vancouver, interested in learning more about Launch Academy and its members, then be sure to attend Demo Day!

Thirty of Launch Academy’s team have 60 seconds to pitch their start-up idea. Out of the thirty, 5 of the crowd favorites will be given a chance to give a full pitch to a panel of judges. The favorite 5 teams will have 5 minutes to demo and 5 minutes of questions from investors. The judges will then choose the top 3 companies, who will then join 7 other companies on a trip to Seattle and Portland from Nov.27th-29th, 2012 to pitch directly to investors and VIP’s!

Our Demo Day Moderator is no one else but the wonderful McElroy Flavelle, who will once again delight us with his wit and slightly frighten us with his booming voice.  Prepare to be entertained.
