A new report by the CIBC suggests that the next decade might see the largest amount of Canadian startup activity on record. Currently, British Columbia is leading the pack with 3.7% of the working population employed at a company that has been operating for 2 years or less.
CIBC reports that factors such as technology, global markets and small-business friendly policies are likely to help create 150,000 new jobs in startup companies over the next 10 years.
