Maple Welcome Social Recap (January 2020)

Every few months we have the pleasure of welcoming international startups to Vancouver, as they begin Phase 3 of our Maple Program. Most of them leverage Canada’s Start-up Visa Program (one of the world’s most powerful immigration programs, in our opinion), and have now landed, ready to start their international expansion.

Our new members this term included Rajeev Mancahda of QWIQ, Karl Chan of HeyMandi, and Kevin Manship of GamerOne

Maple members, alumni and Launch team in front of the famous Gastown Steam Clock.

“It wouldn’t be a welcome party without a shot at the Gastown Steam Clock”.

An extra big thanks to our alumni and mentors Justy Wong (Bloombase), Leigh Sembaluk (Preception), Turgay Birand (EditionGuard), as well as Michael Wei (Clio) for helping our Launch team welcome the newest members of our family to Vancouver.

Get ready to see this next batch of startups blast off!
