Apollo is a 5-day in-person program providing a unique opportunity for international tech startups to make the most of their time in Vancouver during the Web Summit Conference.

– Get a booth at Web Summit: Get a shared alpha spot booth to showcase your startup during the Web Summit conference in Vancouver.
– Dive into the thriving tech scene in Vancouver during a startup ecosystem tour: meet founders, investors, partners, industry experts and visit startup hubs as well as innovation labs
– Make the most of your time in Vancouver: Explore the startup ecosystem and get opportunities to meet with investors, partners, and fellow founders during exclusive events such as CxO dinners and Launch Builders pitch meetups

Apollo is a 5-day program running from May 26 to May 30, 2025, alongside the Web Summit Vancouver Conference. The core program includes a variety of activities beyond the conference, such as networking events, a tour of Vancouver’s tech ecosystem, a demo session, and customized business matchmaking tailored to your needs. It also features pre-conference programming to help you prepare and a post-conference one-on-one session for debriefing.
Initial Apollo candidate requirements:
– Established Tech Startups from outside of North America
– Startups with demonstrated traction in their home country, generating revenue, and a track record with an ability to scale.
– Founders interested in joining Web Summit Vancouver conference
